Preschool activities - cutting of shapes and lines

Cut with scissors is a learned activity. With three years, the child should not be a problem for children with a pair of scissors have. It takes a while 'for them to master this new skill, but so little patience with them, and an interest in how to start doing shows.

Order your child a pair of scissors his own. If the child is left-handed, make sure that the scissors can be used with the boys on the left or right. Many of scissors can be used by both.

Let your childtries to cut with scissors and encourage him as best he can cut. You can take a while 'to get the hang of it. My boys were four years before she could hold a pair of scissors and cut properly with them.

After your child has learned to cut with scissors, it's time to practice cutting shapes and lines. This activity helps your child master his ability to cut, so that it can move to cut the shapes for his own craft projects.

Let your child startsSection lines. Just use a ruler to draw multiple lines on a sheet of paper, and then you try your child, cut the line. It will probably take a while 'to get your child the hang of it, but once he starts he is so proud of his new conquest. After the flight, is ready to move in waves, ovals, and then finally circles.

Preschool children will love this cutting activities. One of my sons had spent at least an hour two days in a row forms a cut I pulled for him. E 'wasso excited, he was on the line, cutting them again and again wanted to cut.

Another skill that can be applied to this activity is the analysis. Before your child is cutting the forms it has first track with a pencil. This is also a skill that takes time to learn and that your child will enjoy trying to master.

Children love to learn new things. Open a new world for your child by teaching him something as simple as using scissors.
